For example the spa must be on Heater, where the pool must be on Solar(aka heat punp). (the problems I was having is that its too easy to change the heat mode on the screenlogic for ios with the bottom row of buttons. I also have 2 programs to force the correct heat buttons turned on in pentair. I also used a pentair spa-side remote button to activate a towel warmer controlled by Insteon. The setup is two-way, that is I can turn on or off a function using the KPL button, OR if Screenlogic is used instead the KPL button light will correctly follow. Took me a couple days of playing with it, but you can control most aspects of screenlogic/intellitouch via the ISYĬurrently I have ISY programs that use 4 KPL buttons to control the Spa, Spa Light, Pool Light and Slide. You need network resources to get with it, but you already have that. I don't really like this idea, as the pool panel would show the lights on at times when they are actually off. The other option that I can think of would be to rig an Insteon controlled relay into the lighting circuit. This would be a complete duplication of the Screenlogic, but it is controllable by the ISY. One option I've come up is the Autelis controller. Can anyone confirm this? Or better yet, tell me I'm wrong and point me to some info? I haven't yet found any information that there is a REST API for the Screenlogic, so I'm assuming there isn't one and there is no way to talk to this thing. My knowledge and ability to configure NR are not very advanced, but so far I have been able to get done what I want to get done. I have the Network Resources module and use it for IFTTT. I probably wouldn't need any integration except there is one nagging shortcoming in the Intellitouch programming and that is the lack of a Sunset option in the scheduler.
Anywho, just had my pool controller upgraded and went for the works.
